Jr. Project Manager
8+ years’ experience in single and multi-family component design.
In 2008, I went to school for Biotechnology at NC State where I earned my degree in 2010. I soon found out that this wasn’t the best fit for me, so I completed my certification from AutoCAD for drafting and design from the Medina County Career Center in my hometown of Medina, Ohio. Shortly thereafter in 2011, I moved to Jacksonville, FL. Here, I furthered my knowledge and training in AutoCAD by going to ITT Technical Institute and earned my Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting. Afterwards, in 2013, I began my component design career with Apex Technology. When I first started at Apex, I had no knowledge of the housing industry. But, with the opportunity they provided me and extensive amount of interaction I enjoyed with the team’s structural engineers, drafters and component designers, I was able to improve both my professional and inter-personal skills.
Recently, I have taken on the role of a Jr. Project Manager. This move has allowed me to move into a managerial role, further my knowledge in the housing industry, and effectively serve and communicate with our clients. I am continuously practicing and learning and look forward to what my future at Apex has in store for me.
I have a daughter, enjoy Single track mountain biking and am an avid gamer.
