Shortly after graduating from UF, I was hired by Apex in October 2012. Since then, I have helped develop the MEP department in Apex. Initially, I spent most of my time creating HVAC plans and documents, but the position evolved over time to include creating tools to streamline the design process, assisting with recruiting events, training new hires, and managing multiple client accounts.

My focus has been to create and sustain a healthy and enjoyable business environment that adheres to Apex’s core values. The most valuable lesson I have learned is how to work smart and effective instead of working hard. It is a lesson that has allowed be to break past my initial limitations as an employee that I had encountered during by first couple years in Apex. In the near future, I plan to help further expand the available services for the MEP department and continue imparting the corporate culture.
